Results of the Phase 2 Consortium trial of ibrutinib in relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (NCT01849263) have been published online through the journal Blood. Genomic analysis led by Griffith lab postdoc, Felicia Gomez, identified CARD11 mutations as predictors of poor treatment response.
